What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal for all countries worldwide with the exception of Nigeria.
Is payment secure?
Paypal is a secure method of payment and trusted by millions worldwide. Now, you no longer have to have an account to use this service.
What are your return policies?
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item if you would like to return an item. Returns are usually for store credit, but exceptions may be made.
Will you ship internationally?
We will ship anywhere in the world that allows jewelry to be sent into the
country. Please note that the purchaser is responsible for any/all customs
duties.
Exceptions: Due to a large amount of credit card fraud, we will NOT ship,
or take orders from Nigeria. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are generally processed within 48 hours of receipt. (Commissions will
be quoted separately.) We will send you confirmation once your order has
been packed and mail.
We ship using La Poste, the French postal service. Within "metropolitan"
France, items generally 48 hours. International shipping will generally
take between 5-15 business days to arrive depending on your location, but
will occasionally take longer particularly during business mailing season
such as just before just Christmas. Feel free to contact us if you would
like a more precise idea of shipping time.
Do you gift wrap?
Yes - All items will come in either an organza or vellum gift bag, or a
gift box with an attached gift tag. This is a free service!
Do you do custom orders?
Yes, we love doing custom orders. Simply email your request and any other
details, and we can work together to come up with a design you are happy
with. Photos are the item with be emailed to you for your approval before
mailing.
Please remember that custom orders will take longer than usual
purchases.
What are gallery items and are those available for
purchase?
This means that the exact item photographed has been purchased. They are
there to give you an idea of other items that we've created. In some cases
we may able to recreat that iteme, although it may not be exactly the same.
Please ask if you are interested. These items may take longer create.
